Do you regret the things you did when in a gang?

Dear Sherry,
Yes, I regret all of the things I did while in the gang. It was
stupid, and I didn't even have a real reason for any of it. Life
gets confusing when you are exposed to the same thing over and over.
You start thinking reality is something it's not, what's good and bad, you
don't even know.

I regret the bad things I did, just like most
everybody, but that doesn't make it right. One cannot have an excuse
for that type of behavior. I hope you will never consider gang life.
